Art. 3.° Los Amacenistas-Contadores que se nombran por este Decreto tendrán las atribuciones que detalla el artículo 6.° del Decreto Supremo número 1,592 de 1893 ( Gaceta de Panamá número 701), y deberán asegurar su manejo en la forma que establece el artículo 12 de la misma disposición, antes de tomar posesión de sus respectivos destinos.
