Artículo único. Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre del presente año la vigencia del Decreto número 1919 de 17 de noviembre de 1926, por el cual se aumenta en diez al personal de Guardianes de la Cárcel del Circuito Judicial de Cúcuta, que se tomarán de los señalados en el capítulo 13, artículo 210, del actual Presupuesto de gastos, para las Cárceles de Circuito.
