° Para los efectos del artículo anterior y de los señalados en los artículos 17, 22, 24, 26, 52 y 160 del Código de Petróleos, se entiende por cima de la Cordillera Oriental, la línea de puntos más altos de la citada cadena de montañas, con rumbo general nordeste, que va desde el sur del país hasta el ramal que termina en el punto de Tama.
