Autorizase al Ministerio de Educación para aceptar del Municipio de Villanueva, Intendencia Nacional de la Guajira, en carácter de cesión, el edificio en construcción y el respectivo lote, destinados a un colegio de segunda enseñanza, para que en ellos funcione el plantel educativo que por esta Ley se crea; para terminar su construcción y hacer la dotación necesaria al efecto.
