º . Objetivo. El objetivo de los Fondos de Salud es facilitar el eficiente y oportuno recaudo, asignación, contabilización, administración y control de los recursos para financiar la dirección y prestación de servicios de salud por parte de los departamentos, distritos y municipios en su respectiva jurisdicción, de conformidad con los criterios de distribución establecidos en la ley.
