º Requisitos. Para ser inscrito como candidato a representante de los funcionarios aduaneros en la comisión de personal se deberá acreditar

Que es empleado en ejercicio de la Dirección General de Aduanas, con antigüedad no menor de un (1) año de servicio en la misma;

No haber sido sancionado disciplinariamente con suspensión o destitución;

Poseer título de formación en educación superior o técnica;

Aceptación de su postulación, por escrito, por parte del candidato.
