El artículo 9º del mismo Decreto quedará así: "A los infractores de las reglas sobre control de oro, cambios, importaciones y exportaciones, se les impondrán penas de multa hasta una cuantía igual al 300% del valor de la infracción u operación comprobada". El artículo 10 quedará así: "Para la investigación y el juzgamiento de las infracciones sobre control de oro, cambios, importaciones y exportaciones, la Prefectura de Control señalará mediante resolución aprobada por el Gobierno, el procedimiento que debe observarse".
