En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 49 de la Ley 1098 de 2006, la Comisión Nacional de Televisión facilitará y propiciará la emisión de mensajes de alto impacto sobre prevención del consumo abusivo de alcohol en televisión. De igual manera, se deberán destinar espacios que estén a cargo de la Nación para la difusión del mismo tipo de mensajes por emisoras radiales.
