Las autoridades sanitarias adoptarán medidas de seguridad e impondrán las sanciones correspondientes, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 577 y sucesivos de la Ley 9ª de 1979 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya, siguiendo el procedimiento contemplado en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo (CPACA).
