Se entiende por transporte turístico aquel que hace parte de planes turísticos debidamente registrados en la Corporación Nacional de Turismo.
El servicio de transporte turístico es público y está sometido en todos sus aspectos a las normas que rigen el transporte y la actividad turística, y especialmente a lo determinado en el presente Decreto.
