Modifíquese el artículo 2° de la Ley 334 de 1996 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 2°. Amplíese la emisión de la Estampilla "Universidad de Cartagena siempre a la altura de los tiempos", hasta la suma de trescientos mil millones de pesos ($300.000.000.000), a precios constantes de 2011.

Parágrafo

Anualmente, la Junta Especial hará los ajustes pertinentes para la actualización monetaria del valor total de la emisión.
