Artículo VI

1.

El presente Protocolo se someterá a la ratificación de los Estados signatarios.

2.

La ratificación del presente Protocolo por todo Estado que no sea Parte en el Convenio tendrá el efecto de una adhesión al Convenio modificado por el presente Protocolo.

3.

Los instrumentos de ratificación del presente Protocolo serán depositados ante el Gobierno de la República Popular Polaca.
