º. Constitúyase el Fondo Prestacional Especial para mantener y administrar las provisiones destinadas a amortizar el pasivo Actuarial de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, el cual deberá ser administrado como patrimonio autónomo de la misma. Dicha provisión deberá incrementarse de tal manera que a 31 de diciembre del año 2005 se tenga amortizado el 100 % del cálculo correspondiente, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Decreto 2852 de 1994. A partir de dicho año, el incremento pensional acumulado deberá ser provisionado año a año en su totalidad por la Caja. El manejo de los recursos de este Fondo se regirá por las disposiciones que dicte el Gobierno Nacional en relación con la administración de recursos del sistema de seguridad social.
