Si al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley, la Corte Suprema de Justicia estuviere en receso con motivo de las vacaciones judiciales, los Ministros de Gobierno y Justicia la convocarán con el objeto de que dicha corporación elabore las listas necesarias para la designación de Delegados Departamentales a que se refiere esta Ley.
