Artículo segundo. La asignación de prima técnica al funcionario que ejerza o haya de ejercer el empleo a qué se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará por decreto del Gobierno Nacional de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Decreto número 602 ele 1977.
