El funcionario judicial que no hiciere la solicitud de inscripción en la carrera, de conformidad con las disposiciones transitorias establecidas en este Decreto, podrá posteriormente ingresar a ella, previo el cumplimiento de las condiciones sobre concursos señaladas en el presente estatuto.
