ARTICULO 133 . La autoridad marítima elaborará y publicará las listas de materias y los respectivos programas, tanto para la formación (cursos de escuelas náuticas) de la gente de mar a que se refiere la presente parte, como para los ascensos de dicho personal. Tales listas y programas serán establecidas por la autoridad marítima mediante el acto administrativo correspondiente.
