º. Aclarase el literal c) del artículo 4º del Decreto 31 de 1997, el cuál quedará así: c) Superintendentes Código 0030, con excepción de los Superintendentes Bancario de Salud, de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios y del Subsidio Familiar, será de dos millones trescientos noventa y tres mil novecientos noventa y tres pesos ($2.393.993) moneda corriente. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual de los empleos de Superintendente Código 0030 y Rector de Universidad Código 0045, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
