Artículo primero. La devolución de las licencias de las Especialidades Farmacéuticas, registradas hoy a favor del Fondo de Estabilización, de conformidad a lo dispuesto en la Ley 39 de 1945, y que antes fueron propiedad de personas naturales y jurídicas alemanas, para su devolución, los interesados, deberán solicitar por medio de sus apoderados legalmente constituidos, a la Sección Jurídica del Ministerio de Salud Pública, su traspaso.
