Las causales de anticipo, aplazamiento o exención del servicio militar señaladas en la Ley y en este Decreto, excepto la de inhabilidad física, sólo tendrán valor cuando la respectiva solicitud fuere presentada a más tardar durante el mes siguiente a aquel en que hubiere sido inscrito el interesado.
