º. El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario deberán designar a sus representantes en el Consejo Nacional de Política Penitenciaria y Carcelaria, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.
