Las resoluciones que dicte el Departamento Administrativo de Servicio Civil en cumplimiento del presente Decreto, serán notificadas en la forma prevista por el Decreto 2733 de 1959, y contra ellas procede, por vía gubernativa el recurso de reposición para ante el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
