º. Definición de transformación. Para efectos de este Decreto se entiende que una de las entidades a que se refiere el primer inciso del artículo anterior se transforma cuando se expiden los actos jurídicos necesarios para ajustar sus estatutos, estructura y funcionamiento al régimen de las Entidaes Promotoras de Salud, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por este Decreto. Una vez cumplido lo anterior la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud decidirá sobre el otorgamiento del certificado de funcionamiento de la entidad transformada.
