Las resoluciones de la Junta revisora de permisos de farmaceutas, negativas de revalidación de licencias, son apelables dentro del término de 72 horas después de haberse dictado. Las apelaciones se concederán en el efecto devolutivo y para ante la Dirección Técnica Nacional de Higiene, quien cumplirá en este caso lo previsto en el artículo anterior.
