Los funcionarios de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales que incumplan los términos previstos en este Decreto incurrirán en destitución conforme a la ley. El superior inmediato que teniendo conocimiento de la irregularidad no solicite la destitución incurrirá en la misma sanción.
