Para que prospere una acción por la vía ejecutiva es preciso que por parte legítima se acompañe a la demanda un título proferido u otorgado, expedido y registrado, si fuera el caso, con las formalidades legales, del cual resulte una obligación exigible de dar, hacer o no hacer, según adelante se expresa, y que lleve aparejada ejecución de acuerdo con el artículo que sigue.
