Para poder hacer uso de los recursos anteriores es necesario haber pagado el veinte por ciento (20%) de la totalidad de la contribución objeto del recurso, lo cual acreditara el recurrente relacionando en el memorial los recibos de pago, con indicación de los números, fechas, cuantías y oficinas donde se efectuó el pago.
