° La carta de garantía no podrá ser retirada antes del término de vencimiento del certificado de paz y salvo expedido para salir del país. Expirada esa fecha solo podrá retirarse con la presentación personal del garante y garantizado en la Administración o Recaudación de Impuestos Nacionales.
