La Imprenta Nacional funcionará en adelante como una empresa editorial del Estado, y su Dirección y Administración estarán a cargo de una Junta Directiva y de un Gerente, designado por el Gobierno Nacional. La Junta Directiva estará integrada por los Ministros de Gobierno, Guerra y Educación; por el Contralor General de la República y por el Rector de la Universidad Nacional, y el Administrador de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales, quienes podrán hacerse representar en ella por sus respectivos delegados.
