Los Fondos de Empleados tendrán ejercicios anuales que se cerrarán el 31 de diciembre de cada año. Al término de cada ejercicio se cotarán las cuentas y se elaborará el balance, el inventario, el estado de resultados y demás informes financieros, que deberán ser enviados dentro del mes siguiente al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
