Apruébase los estatutos de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, cuyo texto es el siguiente: «ACUERDO NUMERO 857 DE 1981 (mayo 4) La Junta Directiva de "Puertos de Colombia", en, uso de sus atribuciones legales y en especial de las que lo confiere el artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 1050. de 1968 y el Decreto 1174 de 14 de mayo de 1980, ACUERDA:
