º . Garantía de atención. El Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, está obligado a garantizar directamente o a través de contratación con terceros, la prestación de los planes adicionales de salud a todos sus afiliados cotizantes y beneficiarios que optaron por el plan adicional, siempre y cuando se haya pagado la cotización correspondiente de acuerdo con lo previsto en este decreto.
