ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.7 . RESPONSABILIDAD POR PAGO IRREGULAR DE CHEQUES FISCALES. De conformidad con el artículo 5º de la ley 1a de 1980, los establecimientos bancarios que pagaren o negociaren o en cualquier forma violaren lo prescrito en dicha ley, responderán en su totalidad por el pago irregular y sus empleados responsables quedarán sometidos a las sanciones legales y reglamentarias del caso.
