Revocar y dejar sin efecto los Decretos 4618 del 13 de diciembre de 2010, mediante el cual se hizo efectiva la medida de suspensión en contra del señor Gobernador del Departamento del Magdalena y se encargó a un funcionario del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, y 4812 del 29 de diciembre de 2010 por medio del cual se designó al doctor Manuel José Bonnet Locarno como Gobernador del Departamento del Magdalena, en cumplimiento de la Sentencia del 7 de enero de 2010 (sic), dentro de la acción de tutela 2010-00132-00, de conformidad con la parte motiva del presente decreto.
