Art. 18. Ninguna emisión de billetes del Banco Nacional podrá ser hecha sin autorización de la ley.

Exceptúase el caso de que aquel Establecimiento reasuma el cambio de sus billetes, en el cual dicha emisión obedecerá á las reglas fijadas por los Estatutos.
