El cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 8.a de 1913 quedará a cargo de la entidad creada por la Ordenanza 19 de 1913 expedida por la Asamblea de Boyacá, y que desde ese acto lleva el nombre de Junta Patriótica del Centenario.
