Las matrículas se abrirán a más tardar el veinticinco (25) de enero de cada año, y se cerrarán en la fecha de iniciación de tareas, para lo cual se sentará una acta en el folio de la última matrículo. Cualquier matrícula que se solicite fuera del tiempo señalado, se considerará como extraordinaria, y así se hará constar en el folio respectivo.
