Artículo único . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las monedas extranjeras o giros representativos de éstas, originados en la exportación de cueros curtidos, deberán ser cambiados en el Banco de la República o en los bancos autorizados por Certificados de Cambio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
