La Junta Administradora del respectivo Fondo Educativo Regional, reglamentará la forma como se recaudarán los recursos provenientes de los Fondos de Fomento de Servicios Docentes. Igualmente dispondrá como se efectuará el traslado de tales recursos a cada uno de los institutos docentes.
