El Poder Ejecutivo promoverá lo conveniente para formar Juntas de Inmigración en las principales ciudades del interior, con el objeto de que por medio de ellas se procure la colocación de los inmigrantes y se arbitren recursos para auxiliarlos en el viaje desde la costa hasta el Interior.
