Inspección y vigilancia.El Ministerio de la Protección Social tendrá la responsabilidad de hacer seguimiento al estricto cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en la presente ley.

Parágrafo

Para ejercer la vigilancia y el control pertinente, el Ministerio de la Protección Social, en coordinación con los organismos de control competentes, establecerán los parámetros y mecanismos aplicables a los entes territoriales competentes para la efectividad del proceso.
