La remuneración mínima mensual del Secretario General de la Corte Constitucional, del Secretario General de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del Secretario General del Consejo de Estado y del Secretario Judicial del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, será de dos millones doscientos setenta y siete mil setecientos doce pesos ($2.277.712) moneda corriente El cincuenta por ciento (50%) del salario mensual tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación únicamente para efectos fiscales. Se aplicará lo dispuesto en este artículo cuando la suma de la asignación básica y las primas mensuales resultare inferior al mencionado valor.

Parágrafo

No se entiende modificada por este decreto la asignación básica mensual, ni los incrementos por primas mensuales de cualquier índole, que para tales cargos señalaren las disposiciones respectivas.
