Artículo segundo. Los juicios sobre pago de indemnizaciones por la ocupación permanente de propiedad privada inmueble con ocasión de trabajos públicos, que se hubieren, iniciado ante la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo con anterioridad al 1° de septiembre de 1955, pasarán a la justicia ordinaria en el estado en que se encuentren.
