Artículo once. Los representantes del Gobierno ante las juntas directivas de las empresas y establecimientos públicos descentralizados que presten servicios en el campo agrícola o pecuario, solicitaran la participación de las asociaciones de usuarios en las juntas directivas y asesoras a nivel nacional, regional, departamental y local. Para ello prestaran las reformas de estatutos y de normas que fuere necesario modificar, a fin de que en ellas se otorgue representación con voz y voto a las organizaciones de que trata el presente Decreto.
