Art.20. El secuestro no se ordenará nunca de oficio, salvo los casos expresamente exceptuados en el Código Judicial. Cualquiera incidencia relativa a secuestro se llevara en cuaderno separado,no suspendiera la causa principal, y concluida la incidencia, se agregará al proceso.
