Artículo Tercero. Fijar a partir del primero (1º) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) el Auxilio Patronal de Transporte a que tienen derecho las servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devengan un salario mensual básico hasta de dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal mensual, en la suma de trece mil quinientos sesenta y siete pesos ($13.567,00), moneda corriente, mensuales.
