Para los efectos del artículo anterior, créase una junta especial, directiva de la Sala-Cuna, compuesta por el Médico Director del Lazareto, Jefe de la Sección de Negocios Generales y Cajero Externo, la cual enviará cuando sea necesario, a la aprobación de esta Dirección, las relaciones de gastos por verificar de los fondos que supervigila. Será Secretario de la Junta el Cajero Externo.

Parágrafo

Tendrán voz y voto en dicha Junta los Jefes de las Secciones de Lucha antileprosa y de Contabilidad de este Departamento.
