Artículo sexto. La Casa del Campesino estará dirigida en cada Municipio por el cura Párroco; y tendrá una Junta Asesora formada por el Alcalde o su representante, por el Jefe Militar de la plaza, por el Director de la sucursal o agencia del Instituto de Crédito Territorial que funciones en el respectivo Municipio o su delegado, y por tres representantes designados por el Obispo de la Diócesis respectiva.
