TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.5.3.11.7. Premiación. El premio José Francisco Socarrás consistirá en:

Una medalla de 6 centímetros de diámetro y 3 milímetros de espesor, pendiente de una cinta con los colores tricolor.

Un diploma que certificará su otorgamiento.

Parágrafo 1

Las medallas y diplomas estarán a cargo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo 2

El Premio José Francisco Socarrás es honorífico y no da lugar al reconocimiento de ningún tipo de beneficio o subsidio de carácter económico o asistencial.
