Abrese al Presupuesto de gastos de la presente vigencia el crédito respectivo hasta por cuatro mil pesos, con imputación al Capítulo 40, articulo 509, para dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en esta Ley, la cual regirá desde su promulgación.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno podrá comisionar especialmente a la señora viuda del General Serrano para que conduzca los restos de este distinguido ciudadano.
